SUBSTITUTIONS AND VARIATIONS
Because each individual plant varies in color and size, your order will not be identical to the photos shown on our website. However, every attempt will be made to ship your order as close as possible to your request. On occasion, we reserve the right to substitute with another similar orchid or plant. Containers may also vary slightly. We will notify you of any major change for your approval.
DELIVERY AREA
We offer shipping for delivery within the continental United States only. At this time we are unable to ship to Alaska and Hawaii, international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or U.S. territories.

RETURNS
We guarantee the quality of each and every orchid and plant that we ship. Therefore if the flower or plant does not match your expectations, simply contact us and we will work together to ensure your satisfaction, and if not satisfied, we will refund your money. Flowers and plants are not eligible for refund after 3 days. Please note shipping charges may not be refunded.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Most online orders will be processed and shipped within 24hrs of receipt. If you have any special requests regarding shipping, such as rush orders or delayed delivery, please contact us via phone at 866-940-8004 for arrangements.
Our standard method of shipping for our live plants is 2ND DAY DELIVERY care of Federal Express. We reserve the right to modify shipping times and methods (such as USPS or UPS) in order to ensure that your live plant arrives in a healthy state. Gift Certificates are shipped via USPS First Class delivery. See below chart for arrival dates for live plants via FedEx 2nd day delivery:
